I love engagement sessions, and it's always nice to hang out with the couple before their big day. I had a wonderful time photographing Mallory and Matthew on a perfect fall afternoon. Well, it would have been perfect if it hadn't been for the insane wind blowing that day. I didn't think the wind could blow much harder than it did the day before when I was doing another engagement session, but I was wrong.The wind was gusting 20-30 mph, which was crazy.
I'm really looking forward to their wedding next year and am also excited they've chosen to do a "First Look" and see each other before the wedding.
After a quick outfit change, we ended the shoot just before sunset.
The one of them kissing in the tree is one of my all time favorite engagement pictures. Love it!
