Harper was absolutely amazing for her newborn session. No matter how many times we changed hairbands or where we put her, she just kept on sleeping. She was just six days old when we did this session, which was just perfect. I really prefer to do newborn sessions before they're 10 days old. I did this session at the client's home, and it was a cloudy day, which wasn't good since I was hoping for tons of sunlight coming in the windows. I literally had to put her as close to the window as I could get her for these shots and for some good light.
We moved her to just inside the front door, which was getting a decent amount of light, for these next ones.
Harper's family loves baseball, so her mom really wanted one of her in a glove. Of course she slept the entire time.

Harper's mom had this basket and she said she thought the night before how cute it would be to put Harper in it on the front porch. This one is her mom's favorite!
So in a way it worked out to have clouds because the light was amazing on the front porch when I took this one.
