I did this little guy's three month session in early May. We had hoped to go outside that morning, but it was way too chilly. It worked out great though since we got to include the whole family--something we didn't get to for his newborn session. Mom is a big fan of black and white, so I ended up doing the majority of the pictures in black and white. Here's a few of my faves.
I know I sound like a broken record when I talk about the sessions I had to reschedule in April and May because of all the rain. Unofrtunately, Morgan was no exception. I think we rescheduled about four times before finally getting her senior session done. I think it was worth the wait because I had a blast doing her session. We started with some indoor pics of her in her prom dress. Gorgeous!
In our original plans we were going to a few different locations but because of time constraints, we did these in my yard.
This is one of my favorite senior pics ever! I loved that Morgan brought her dog, Peaches, along.
It took some effort, but I finally got a shot of Peaches by herself.
Morgan couldn't have planned her wardrobe any better. The flower in her hair was just perfect for the garden shots.
Our next stop was on the train tracks. I loved how these turned out!
I just don't think you can go wrong with a cute dress and cowboy boots!
I've known Clay for a year now, and he is probably the happiest baby I've ever known. I guess I really can't call him a baby anymore though. This was supposed to be his 18-month session but since we had to reschedule several times due to weather, he ended up being a little bit older than that.
This was my favorite shot! I love the curls and can totally understand why Mom doesn't want to cut them just yet.
When Heather booked her wedding with me, she said that when she and Juan first met, he didn't speak English and she didn't speak Spanish. Now how's that for a love story? View their slideshow to see more from their session.
I loved the shots in the garden. They were so great together that I hardly posed them at all. Love that when that happens.
There is hardly anything I love more than a nice field with amazing evening light.
I was thrilled to do Megan's senior session during the first week of May. As with most of my spring sessions, I had to reschedule her session once because of rain. I love when senior girls bring their prom dresses. This was one of my favorite shots.
And so was this one. The color of her dress made her eyes look amazing.
I love evening light so much. Even though I have to do morning sessions, the evening really is my favorite time of day to shoot.
The collages have been a big hit with seniors. What a great way to show off your favorite photos!
